Yes, Fletcher is a Hall of Fame-worthy player. He went undrafted and is undersized, but he has had a great career. His character and consistency are second to none.

Great player. He did some amazing things here in DC. I like that he's retiring before he becomes a huge liability just to keep his consecutive game streak alive.

I think we'll really need to evaluate our defensive scheme with him leaving. I honestly don't know where we're going to find decent LBs for the 3-4 to be effective here in DC. I like the idea of moving Orakpo to DE. Running Kerrigan, Riley, and Rob Jackson at LB.

Highly underrated player his entire career. I hope he has as much success in his next career as he did playing football. I think everyone knew this was going to happen, I just wish we could've sent him off better.

I wonder honestly if he would have came back for one more year if we hadn't have shit the bed this year. I kind of wonder if he felt like Barry Sanders, where he knew he could physically play but all the drama and BS just took it out of him....

London Fletcher was a great linebacker that gave it all he had every game. His name will be in the ring of honor real soon.....and I hope he's inducted into the HOF......

If he does go in, which I personally wouldn't put him in the Hall, he won't be in for a long time and I think he will pick the Skins.

On the Skins he has the pro bowl appearances and made the second team all-pro list twice. It was in Washington where he became nationally recognized.
