Good lord....I didnt want a WR in the first round last year and I sure dont want one this year.
That would really blow.
We need a friggin pass rush.

CBS has Solomon rated as the #3 DE.
Would he be there at 17?

My question for McC...we know there are a couple excellent DEs and Safety prospects in the area of when we pick. But I want to know, is there a bobby Wagner-type at LB around that 17th pick?

My pick right now would be either DE, 1.Solomn Thomas or 2. Derek Barnett

I would hope we take the best / most dominant Defensive player at 17 .

This. in fact, the first 5 picks should be bpa on defense. My only exception would is if McC finds a balling ass RB playmaker after the first round. This would be my only offense position exception.

Why? Becuase we must run the ball better. It's not an option to be a pass heavy offense, becuase we lose. It's well documented

I bet we draft a running back and TE somewhere. Possibly a guard. Glad we have a couple extra picks.

The only way I would be fine with a RB like that is if Leonard Fournette or Dalvin Cook slid to us in round 1, that is the only offensive players I wouldnt be stratching my head at.

I'm a FSU fan and have watched a lot of Cook. He's the baddest SOB in the draft. He can do it all. It would be Awesome to have Cook and Thompson. Any team that drafts him will be very lucky. He bleeds football and loves his teammates. He played and dominated Michigan. And before the game he mentioned playing for the seniors (most of whom, this was their last game ever). Unlike that Stanford pussy. Band of Brothers! I'd go from 6 to midnight if we got him at 17. And I'm fully confident every one else would too after a couple games.
