On to San Diego, I mean LA...

Last time we went west we won, BOTH Times actually.... I don't see that this time around. Chargers are on a mission lately and that D line is as good as it gets. We'll keep it close until the 4th. After this game I think we'll win out and finish 8-8 due to that weak schedule we have.

Chargers 29
Skins 23

Cousins 300 yards 2 TD 1 Int

Rivers 350 yards 3 td

Game we should be competitive in, but if Gruden strolls out that offense effort like last Thursday night first half...we will lose.

Special teams needs to get it together as well.

Sorry gents. The Chargers have arguably the most effective front 7 in the NFL.

And, as many have posted on other threads, the Skins O-Line is pretty much held together with duct tape and bubble gum because of injuries.

Don't let the 6-6 record fool you. Chargers started our 0-4, but since September they are 6-2 and are rolling.

Have a feeling KC will be in duress most of the day.

Moses hasn’t been ruled out yet. Skins get key players back like Nicholson and will beat the chargers.

It's the Chargers.
One thing I know about the Chargers is they will find a way to break their fans backs just like the Redskins do to us.

We are out of it so we have nothing to gain with a win.
The Bolts are tied for the division lead at 6-6! F that shit!
It's time for another heartbreaking loss for the remaining Chargers fans..

Rivers with 4 int's, Fuller with a pick6.
Redskins win 38 - 21

Funny you say we are going to lose this week because I see Dallas loosing to NY.

It’s funny reading some comments, people here are making the chargers a better team than Minnesota or NO. They are a good team, with a 10 day
rest and embarrasing loss to Dallas skins will be ready.

I'm sure I do not understand. What does the timing have to do with the conversation of the upcoming game at the Chargers?

Cowboy fans aren’t too bright. The timing is that we haven’t heard much from you until after the recent Dallas debacle.

What needs to happen in offseason? Figure out the quarterback situation. Having Kirk Cousins play under the franchise tag for a third consecutive year -- at $34.5 million -- doesn't make much sense; he would then leave in 2019. So unless the Redskins draft someone to groom -- making the situation more awkward -- they need to sign Cousins to a long-term deal or a tag and trade (if possible). It's hard to move forward and build when you're not sure who will be the signal-caller. The Redskins still must add to the defense (another lineman or two, and settle the inside linebacker spots). But first and foremost, resolve the Cousins issue. Please.

Is a coaching change the answer? No. While Jay Gruden still must prove he can help build and then coach a team capable of a playoff run (until you do it, it's just speculation), it would be wrong to blame this season's woes on coaching. The injuries proved to be too much for a team with little margin for error, and only a complete collapse over the next four games would put him on the hot seat. Certainly, there are decisions to second-guess and there needs to be less sideline confusion over situations. But Gruden's offense and his demeanor helped during an adverse season, and he maintains the support of the locker room. -- John Keim

On a brighter note, I would be happy to see if Robert Davis might get a few snaps: Redskins sign WR, lineman rookies to fill in on injury-plagued roster | NBC Sports Washington

he had a ridiculous highlight tape but not sure how good his competition was. glad they're bringing him up but i'm not expecting much. if we're barely throwing to doc then i doubt davis will get any balls.

Sometimes the draft status and/or money paid to players buys them more chances over guys like Davis. I'm excited to see him play.

Politics goes on in every organization across the league. And especially this one.

I’m definitely worried about the Chargers pass rush, we better have a game plan to deal with it or it’s going to be a very long day for Kirk.

Re: On to San Diego, I mean LA...

Delays and Draws help against a good pass rush. Actually generally running the ball strong helps against a pass rush.

Re: On to San Diego, I mean LA...

Chargers can't run the ball and they cant stop the run real well, basically an even matchup.. It'll come down to big plays and I just don't think we have the weapons like they do.

Well this sucks, hopefully they work something out. Can’t they just cut Lauvao and Hall. Can you cut a player who’s in IR? Restructure Reed and Norman’s contract.

Thanks me could argue best. So consistent. Seems to exude leadership too. I can’t fathom what the Bills were thinking letting him go. Can we teach Ryan Anderson to go inside LB and get that position locked down? I know they’re different but the physical requirements shouldn’t be terribly so.
