Somebody here mentioned a possible 3-way deal where Houston gets Williams, Miami gets Clowney and the Skins get Tunsil (with some other draft picks involved). [U]If Williams is truly done with the Skins[/U], that would be a good trade, IMO. I have no idea if there is any substance to 3-way trade talks.

Actually forgive me I read the wrong line, the line I read said the writer has been with this site since 2015, the article itself is from this week.

Still not putting stock in it. If the Skins took on Clowney and gave up Trent, it would be a net hurt to our available cap space, which we don't have a lot of as it is.

As for the three way trade idea with Miami, I mean I'd like a date with Kate Upton if we're going to enter fantasy land.

Can you please link me to that? Overthecap has us at $11.3M in available space, and Spotrac has us at $8.9M. I can't understand how they get to $21.7M unless

a) they're handling incentives somehow differently, ie not counting the likely to be earned

b) they're not rolling over the available cap space from previous seasons

c) they're not counting Trent

Everyone settle on item C, I'm joking, I'm sure they're counting Trent. But I need to understand this because I don't think you can use it.

Looking at OTC they must be counting a TW trade which would save $11.05m, plus the $11.3m we already have minus the $645K for the next onto the 51 would leave $21.7m. No other way I can see that number being generated.

But overthecap has the Colts at $56M in available space, and so does Breer's tweet. Overthecap has the Texans at $37M and so does Breer's tweet. The Falcons are at $3.6M on both. The Vikings are at $5M on both. The Giants are at $5M - $6M on both. The Saints are at $7M on both.

Yet Overthecap has us at $11M and Breer's tweet from the internal report has us at $21M.

Given that it's on point for so many teams and not us, it lends credence to Breer's numbers and it makes me think it's possible that there was a Redskins transaction somewhere along the line that Overthecap has missed. Is Trent included? Was there a change in the Alex Smith contract somehow? Did Scherff get extended and it just flew under everybody's radar?

It sucks not having access to the underlying information. I wish the NFL would make the official data available.

I tried at first but the link was corrupt or some shit so I just pasted, I agree wish they would let the data out. I would think Dallas is only on that list due to Dak, Cooper , Zeke not being paid.
