NFL Week 9 Thread

Anyone want to do a survivor pool? You pick a team to win. If they win, you get to pick next week but cant pick the same team twice. You lose .. youre a loser. Im going to take the 49ers. ------------------- The SNF game should be real good. I also think the Giants and Cards have a punchers chance. |
Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
This is a no lose week for Redskin fans. While Atlanta and Cincinnati have byes, the Jets and Dolphins are playing each other. One of them will most likely have a win forced on them.

I believe that the Bengals and Dolphins play each other too. Could be a lot of competition for that 1st pick. |
Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
Josh Gordon is on waiver now.. I honestly wouldn't mind if Redskins claim him, despite the fact that Gordon is one mistake away from being banned from NFL.. We need big receivers.

SF is a legit contender

We also need healthy players. Pass. |

How worried should the bills be about the redskins?

You couldn't ask for a better date week 16 they play. |

Also the Jets and Dolphins play one more time after this weekend. Bengals and Jets play down the road and then we have Redskins playing the Jets in a couple weeks. We do need the Dolphins to win 2 more times, but I think they can do it with Fitzpatrick. He is inconsistent as hell but does throw in a nice game here and there. What a difference a couple days makes. I have went from watching the Nats and Astros playing for a world championship to following NFL bottom feeders hoping the Redskins get the first or second pick in the draft. |
Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
At least we arent the Steelers. They suck and they traded away their 1R.
|
Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
Preston Smith with another sack. Fuck our coaches and management. Couldn't be more incompetent if you tried. This team is ran by a humungous group of losers. From the staff on up.

Jets are a fucking mess

You know you root for the Redskins right? Anyway we suck. Jets suck. Few teams that really suck. But none of them were planning parades in the off season like the Browns. LMAO BROWNS. |

Yeah but they will be good again soon. We won’t. |
Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
BROWNS were typically over hyped and have failed BIG TIME

Idk about typically but they were definitely overhyped, on paper the Mayfield/OBJ/Landry/Hunt combo looked good. Maybe Hunt coming back will help but Mayfield has definitely cooled down in his second year. Talking all that shit in the offseason didn't help his case either. I was hoping this would be the year they finally became good but they look like shit so far. |
Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
Love watching Belichick looking confused.

Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
More fallout from Browns loss, cut a DB.

Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
Browns ... wow. They seem to have ignored the O line in building this team. They traded their starting LG Zeitler (71.3 PFF, 1 penalty, 2 sacks) in the OBJ trade.
RT, RG were UDFA that had been waived by a few teams. C was a packers 4R but waived and they signed. LG Bitonio - they drafted 2R in 2014, he has an 80 PFF grade LT - FA signing in Greg Robinson Perhaps their secondary with lingering injuries to Ward and trading of Peppers is also a weak spot. But wow. |
Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
Browns F up by not keeping Gregg Williams.
Curious to see how the Ravens are going to do in the playoffs. Harbaugh has done an amazing job with their QB and offense. |
Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
The Giants would do themselves some favors by running some screens and draws against the Cowboys. Dallas is coming up field rather hard.

They ran a screen and Barkley nearly went the distance. |

Yup, Giants out played in second half. O line is better but not by much ,Jones doing rookie things. Shurmur and Gettlemen get this year but improvement better start showing it's head or they are gone. |
Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
Dak(who no one on here seems to think is any good)was leading NFL in QBR but dropped to 2nd behind Russell Wilson after last nights game.
Was surprised to see that Keenum was ranked 18th,a lot higher than I thought he would be.Meanwhile Jared Goff is 25th? Wow what happened to Rams offense? |

Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk[/quote] I think the public loves them also, I think they have led the NFL in bandwagon fans ever since the early 70's. Whenever they start doing well people in Cowboy gear crawl out of the woodwork. |

Re: NFL Week 9 Thread
I think the dak situation is very similar to the cousins situation...and both are talented and have flaws. I would say both are around 11-14 best qb in the game which mean you can win with both...

Yep,not trying to say Dak’s best qb in league, but I would take a top 12 qb anyday, and I dont know if I would put Cousins in the top 12 either,it would be close |

Except Dallas will pay him so they don’t have to worry about it and they will contend for ten years while we do it the “smart” way. [emoji849] |
