Heard a lot of conflicting reports and leaks re Haskins starting for the rest of the year on local sports radio. I heard that NFL's Garafalo and Albert Brier reported Doug Williams said Haskins will start the rest of the year. Then reports that that report is completely fake and Doug Williams never spoke to anybody.

Honestly .. whatever. I just cant get up the energy to care.

I turned on 106.7 today and they could not stop talking about Haskins. Haskins this and Haskins that. Back to reality. I just turned it off. I couldn't take it. It made me miss the Nats to be honest.

However, what might make me start caring again is if we can get Guice, Haskins and Terry all going at the same time.

Dig this...I'm actually picking the Skins to beat the Jets,and Haskins throws his first NFL touchdown,Jets stink worst than we do,then again they did beat Dallas-go figure...Skins 16-Jets 12!!

Two of my closest friends are Jets and Dolphins fans, respectively. We've been having a lot of communication about who sucks more. If we beat the Jets, we will know, and I confess I hope we do even if it hurts our draft order. I just can't face my friends if we lose this one.

I think the jets would be a slight favorite. You know Williams is going to come off the bus blitzing the rookie. The offense will most likely have a long day. Callahan will again try to shorten the game with 50 rush attempts.

Jets are on the up right now, I'd bet them in this game pretty confidently. Darnold is a mess, but our offense won't be able to stay on the field long enough, and they'll wear us down with LeVeon. Then when we're gassed they'll take advantage of Norman with a deep shot or two to Robby Anderson.

I'd be shocked if we win this game and really can't understand the line.

It depends on how many Jet fans are willing to drive an extra couple hundred miles. Fedex seems to be in a location opposing fans don't mind visiting. I swear if Fedex didn't attract opposing fans you would be getting less that 20k at games. I mean 20k in the seats, not whatever way the NFL calculates attendance figures. I used to go to the Ram games right before they left Anaheim, listed attendances ranged from 25k+ during the last year and there could not have been more than 10k at many of the games.

It would be awesome if Dan tried to get back into the DMVs good graces by having local non profits featured on the Skins website and if you donate say $25 to one of the featured non profits through the Skins website you received a free ticket to the game. I seriously can't imagine charging people for this game.

Haskins named the starter for the year and Guice is playing. Which means I probably won't get to see Guice play all season because my daughter school has their sports awards this Sunday. Last time I went to that was when Smith broke his leg.

This would never happen with this organization, they think the stadium will be full this Sunday! "We've announced Haskins the starter for the season, AND Guice will be back against the sorry Jets, a game we will easily win...we'll probably get a sell out this Sunday Dan!!" said Bruce.
