Cards postgame
Positives
Terry RBs Negatives OL DB's Special Teams Haskins AZ dominated all game, they were never in any real concern of losing this game |
Re: Cards postgame
The better team won. It's as simple as that. But really like Murray. He is in the perfect offense. Also notice at the end of the game, the Cards just kept the peddle down. They were not worried about the clock, they were trying to score.

Yeah he's really good in that Air raid attack, kid is so quick that our DL couldn't even get to him. |
Re: Cards postgame
No one else will agree, but I want this noted. We will win the East. It WON'T be pretty, it may be 7-9, but the rest of the division is worse than us. If we don't win it, it will be because Atlanta couldn't finish the deal.
The only exception is if our DLine suffers 2 or more significant injuries. |
Re: Cards postgame
All I’m going to say is Haskins started doing well with KOC, Rivera wanted Turner. No pre-season new offense to learn = growing pains. The team will be fine, I want to see more AGG and Cam Sims catching passed, fucking use them. Meanwhile in LA KOC offense is humming right along.

Nothing but anger and disgust watching this trash today

Kyler Murray like Russell Wilson will make defenses look foolish, if you don’t contain them you lose. |
Re: Cards postgame
We aren't better than dallas my man, their Offense will get us
Our defense is better than their offense. Our offense will be about the same as their defense. Those are the matchups that matter.
But division games as a whole we may go 4-2 likely splitting with both dallas and the eagles. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk |

True but the Haskins fumble and the sims fumble have zero to do with Murray |

Maybe it’s time to put Saddiq in the Evelyn Woods speed offensive Line learning, he can’t be any worse than Christian. |

Second year young bucks, we’ll make good plays and bad ones. |

LA had a stable offense and moved forward. If I remember right Goff had some pretty rough starts early on. People need to relax, let the coaches coach, the players learn, and see where it goes. |
Re: Cards postgame
I was so shitfaced today before the game begin...in a great mood. I was getting a bj at kick off. What a fucking buzzkill

It all begins and ends here. Haskins played like shit but so did his line and all pass catchers not named Terry. Not impressed with play calling either. |

C'mon man, Rivera coming into the WFT, KOC coming into LAR, it isn't even comparable. |

I never said that, it’s the consistency and it would have been Haskins second year in KOC system, instead he has to learn a new system. I hope Turner lives up to the hype, I know KOC like McVay, LeFleur will be very successful. |
Re: Cards postgame
And the fucking Cowboys came back and won. God damn it. Fuck everything and everyone

That’s because the stupid Falcon players were mesmerized by the spinning ball instead of jumping on it. |
Re: Cards postgame
At some point you can't keep giving DH these excuses... Justin Herbert came in on the fly today (wasn't expected to play at all) and had more of an impact that DH has ever had. I'm holding out hope but it looks like Dwayne isn't the guy
|
Re: Cards postgame
At some point no, but 1 year in, with 2 staffs, the turmoil around the team, and the way last year went. Yes you can give him time right now.

Re: Cards postgame
This is the bottom line:
The defense played well enough to win. The offense did not play well enough to win. The end. |
Re: Cards postgame
Did Kerrigan play at all today, he is not listed with any stats on the defensive stats sheet?
Chase had 1 sack and TFL. |

Yeah man that was brutal to watch |
Re: Cards postgame
Murray makes it extremely hard on the pass rush. Him and Kingsbury are a match made in football heaven. Not gonna be easy to sack him all year. He is on a R. Wilson trajectory.

Re: Cards postgame
I cannot argue with any of that. However, if there was even a little bit of WFT offense in the 1st three quarters, this game would have been so much different.

Also they gotta find a way to compensate for the shitty o-line play. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk |
Re: Cards postgame
Haskins is incredibly inaccurate. That is our main offensive woe. The line sucks, yes...but even when given time he's throwing over or behind receivers. He started to settle in in the 3rd(?) Quarter....but it seems like his inaccuracy is a trend.
I'll go on record and say I haven't been a fan since he was disappointed that we drafted him. Hope he does well, but i just don't like him, or think he's the guy. |

Every other week this is normal you should know that. |
Re: Cards postgame
We don't have an offense 😕
|
Re: Cards postgame
Lotta doom and gloom after yesterday.
We found out how good this team could be in week 1, now we found out how bad this team could be in a week 2. It will be a year of growing pains, and hopefully progress. But in weeks where our offensive line looks like trash I don't expect to see competitive football. Haskins is never going to be a guy that can succeed in spite of his o-line. |
