Hopkins got his job saved by that penalty.

Re: Giants postgame
This defense is horrendous.
|
Re: Giants postgame
Game all goes to #4. He’s actually pretty damn good.
Defense is horrible right now, they better make some huge adjustments before buffalo. CY and Sweat need to get better at pass rush moves. AG is a stud and Terry is Terry |
Re: Giants postgame
Our CB coach needs to go back to the drawing board, our secondary has gotten worked 2 games in a row. Miss Jimmy Moreland. If they don't fix the secondary, Buffalo is going to eat us up.

Luckily we have a long week to prepare but u are right, that Boy Josh Allen is a bad man. It could get ugly if we don’t get pressure on him. Wtf has happened to CY?? |
Re: Giants postgame
We're an offensive football team that has to support the defense.
Crazy though, the defense gets 1 stop in the 2nd half, and fuckboy (this is my now official name for Turner), calls a stupid fucking play and turns it over immediately. Then the D holds them to 3. The D played like ass until the last 2 possessions. |
Re: Giants postgame
It was lucky but 1-0 in the division is always good to start with. Giantone good game my
Man |

It's more like what's happened to our CB's and interior line. |
Re: Giants postgame

Specifically the LBs. We managed 4 sacks and some pressures in the first half and then they adjusted but our LBs can't guard anyone for like the 14th year in a row |

Josh Allen? The QB or the Linebacker for the Jags |
It's more like what's happened to our CB's and interior line.
I think its every level of the defense. That said I did see some good plays by Davis. Hopefully he got more snaps and starts taking control of the defense.

Re: Giants postgame
From a purely entertainment standpoint that was unbelievably satisfying literally right up to the last second. Twists n turns and wtf’s out the wazoo. But i am deeply concerned as a wft fan about what i saw tonight. I don’t even wanna hear nfc east - Giants play us tough. Our fucking front 7 with what 4 first rounders got put in their place by a mash unit that was taking over for a college unit on the o line. And Scott Turner? Wtf is that guy smoking? Cus i dont want any. The good shit makes me think clearly. That guy is smoking shit weed and in 2021 u cant even get shit weed anymore. Our coaching staff is a big fuckin problem. I will enjoy this until next week. But we are not in any position currently to beat most of the teams on our schedule. Not. Even. Close.

Re: Giants postgame
Three things that bothered me:
How do you let D. Jones run all over the field and not adjust Opposing Receivers seem to be wide open on every play for 2 games now Hardly any pressure on the QB for 2 games now They have 10 days to fix this shit. |
Re: Giants postgame
The giant fans have to be freaking out …😀 we need to enjoy this because if this D goes to Buffalo we lose by 20 or more … what the heck happened to this D ?? We keep this up and we are bottom …

Re: Giants postgame
I want to re-emphasize just how spot on some of those throws from Heinicke were spot on.
34/46 336 yards 2 td, 1 Int. 95.5 rating Best Stat line we have seen in a while. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk |

Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
Yeah, I also saw some good things from Davis tonight. I'm not getting too high or too low, as it's early in the season. We may not particularly know what sort of team we have for another several weeks. I'm still not sold on our division, and IMO, we still have the better parts defensively over our divisional brethren to turn things around. It's a small sample, but I see something in Heinicke. I said in the playoff game a season ago, and I'll say it again.... I see a young Tony Romo right now. Time will tell if he has the chops, but I like what I see at the moment. |
Re: Giants postgame
Never been so down after a W.
This D sucks. Plain and simple. We may not win another one before the Panthers week 11. Next week gonna be as ugly as it gets. Still hoping for some Heinicke fun along the way, but we're drafting high next year. |
Re: Giants postgame
Don't let the Heinicke ride distract you from the fact we needed 1 phantom holding call, 1 dropped TD, and 2 offsides on the final drive to win it.
|
Re: Giants postgame
Wow! One helluva game. Glad I watched it sober.
Yea the D needs some work fast. But any win over the Giants (hey Jintsfan) is a good win. HTTR |
Re: Giants postgame
So many things to be mad about but a w is a w. I am pounding a beer, taking two sleeping pills and going to bed.

Sometimes, when a team is getting its legs under it, they need those luck moments we got today.

Re: Giants postgame
I don't give a fuck how lucky we are. 1-1 with luck is better than 0-2 with our standard "luck".
Also, I'm genuinely surprised Hopkins didn't miss it again. My life on the like, I would've guessed that one was a miss too. |

I'm starting to move over to your side about Chase. He better start going nuts immediately. |
Re: Giants postgame
So far I'm not impressed with William Jackson, St. Juste was better, Fuller had some bad moments.

I think Heinecke will work if Scott doesn't go pass happy.

Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
Exactly! It's still far too early in the season to say which way things are gonna go. We could potentially hit our stride in another month or so and become a formidable opponent each and every outing. We'll eventually see how things goes. |

Maybe Heineken stays healthy and Turner figures things out. Maybe our D took them for granted. Maybe JDR and RR lose their manginas. Maybe that win will spark some confidence and life into em. Or maybe we got real lucky at home against a bad team and when we play real teams we lose. Who knows? |

Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
My TH optimism was always based on the Defense hype I believed.. we were supposed to have this top D that would shut them down.. I never thought Taylor could take this team on his back .. for him to succeed we need Running game and strong D… with those things yes I believe he could lead this team … |
