Sam seems shell-shocked right now, no confidence.

Even with JB we're not beating the 49ers and probably not the Cowboys either, so F it. At the very least the offense will be more competitive.

Wow Howell's season turned south quickly if JB is named the starter today. A few weeks ago, he was 2nd in the league in yds passing and nearly beat Philly in a big game there. Would like to see Brissett in a complete game which sounds like will go through.

As we know now Philly's defense is pretty bad especially the secondary.

Sam has had 3 straight very sub par games, granted it's not all on him but it's time.

It's going to be interesting in regard to Bieniemy, if Brissett comes in and hangs 25+ on the 9ers. Maybe he actually is a good OC and he was being held back by the OL/QB.

Gameplanning for 50 pass attempts behind a bottom 5 Oline with essentially a rookie Qb…what do people here actually expect?

It’s the right move to bench Sam, but better news is next year Sam should be under a better coaching staff.

Do not want Wilson in Washington as Cowherd implied.

Russ is going to clear $124mil for 3 seasons. He has no regrets.

I still think Russ is a good QB but it’s damn near impossible to rebuild a team with a $40mil cap hit per year. That was a horrible contract for the team.

Listening to Sheehan minimizing the Russ Wilson situation is hilarious. The amount they will have to eat will be detrimental, you can’t brush it off, this was an enormous mistake.

Could you imagine this here? People complaining about Howell, but our strategy of “well if it doesn’t work out, we have a chance at a high pick to go get a QB”

Well folks, that worked out perfectly. We didn’t sign a declining QB to a record deal which will result in 100 million in dead cap.

Every year the NFL has a crazy out of no where story and this season it’s Flacco and the browns.

It’s crazy they have had 4 different QBs , lost multiple starters and are 11-5… yet We are in year 4 of the Ron era and are a laughing stock
