I've always wondered and kind of gleaned some information from recent posts about what people's careers are.

I'm a "Technology Integration Specialist" which is a fancy-ass way of saying computer technician.

All ya gotta' do is add "specialist" to end of a title and it instantly gains about 10 important points.

I am an Internet Information Integration Specialist...which is just a fancy ass way of saying I manage a website.

Specialist is a big term these days, so far in my work career I've been a Disability Specialist, a Customer Care Specialist, and a Medical Claims Specialist.

All three are basically the same thing... claims adjuster. LOL

Back when I worked in a movie theater, I was a Ticket Sales Specialist.

Wow, I've never attached specialist to that before. Makes it sound SO much better.

I'm primarily an Oracle PL/SQL developer, but I dabble in VB.NET, VB6, etc...

i'm a drifter... programming, botting, design, testing (physical/digital... security and debugging), audio (everything), inventories, consulting, comp tech, tech theater (everything) etc

either way i'm really just an electronic/electrical engineering student that's not sure if he ever wants to use the degree he's getting...

I'm a plumbing systems maintenance specialist / custodial engineer for a multi-million dollar educational facility. Which is just a fancy-ass way of saying I clean toilets at a college.

This daddy is the marketing coordinator for the Alexandria and Annandale Branches of a regional Settlement/Title Company.

In other words, I take old ladies out to lunch and flirt with them.

Now that I look at it, I am definitely some degree of a whore.

I am a computer programmer working for Booz Allen Hamilton. For the past 3 years, I've worked as an intern, but recently moved into a fulltime position upon completion of my CS degree. I am also working towards a masters in software engineering.

I'm a Web Design "Specialist" but this summer I'm paying the bills by going back to be a Musician/Entertainer and next year I plan on doing BBQ for a living and going to BBQ Competitions. I'm 43
