It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
Can't believe there is no thread yet.
Down with the Eagles. Time to embarrass them, McNabb. Go crazy on them. :httr: Skins win 34-24. |

Who's we?
You got a mouse in your pocket? |
Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
^ Haha.
This week should be an exception...it's the headline game of the year...we've been looking forward to it since April 4. :D Besides, who wants to talk about the Rams debacle any more? Show of hands? Don't be like a Bucs-Board mod/dictator, SS... :food-smil |
Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
Just the way we've been doing it, same way the team does it.
If I was one of the TB mods this thread would have been locked and the board would have one less member |

Not sure why your starting this thread. After the 90% of the members have poked out ther eyes and slit their wrist they can't see or type anymore. I'm dangling from a rope and luck has it I can reach the key board with my toes.

Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
Like Dungy and other NFL coaches,I look at the NFL season in 4 QTR's.
We have a chance to go 2-2 in the 1st Qtr of the season....Yes,not great, but not bad either if those 2 wins are against Divisional Opponents. (dallas & philly) Yes,it gets crazy in the 2nd Qtr of our schedule with the Packers,Colts,Bears and Lions Now all 4 are going to be tough. We can't even say the lions are a gimme anymore...lol But I truly believe we can win 2 of these 4 and possibly 3. If we can prevent from falling in the hole too much,we will be there in the end! But there's no sugarcoating anything.... This matchup this Sunday @Philly is a very BIG game! Could be a season changer if we win... Lets do it! HTTR!! |

Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
I like this attitude ... let's get this done ... shake off a bad loss and get ready to go into Philly and come out with a W .. if you don't think #5 has something special up his sleeve your dead wrong ... this aint about Vick .. this is about McNabb and I have a good feeling he's going to take this team on his shoulders once and for all .. let's ride ... let's f***ng go
|
Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
Vick shows the world that McNabb is old and not the player he once was.
31-14, Eagles win. |
Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week

An optimist sees the glass as half-full. A pessimist sees the glass as half-empty. An engineer sees the glass as twice as big as it needs to be. :thumb: |

Two divisional wins in a mediocre NFC East would bode well if we can steal a win or two in the "tough" part of the schedule coming up. |
Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
Who would have guess that the Bears would be the only undefeated team after 3 weeks. I think this is going to be a crazy season and it too early to pack things in.

Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
If our defense doesn't show up this won't even be a game, Eagles will cruise. But if J.Has and co. get shit figured out this week then we should have a decent chance. At 1-2 it's not too late to turn it around but something's gotta happen.
|
Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
I think Philly knows the division is theirs for the taking and will put the hammer down on the Skins in Phila.
Eagles 27 Skins 9 |

None of the front 7 inspires confidence in me that they will be able to contain Vick. He's too fast. If they try to "contain" him, he'll just find Jackson, Maclin, or McCoy for huge gains. We are too talent deficient in the D-line and OLB. Too many 4-3 specialists. Whether they're emotionally prepared or not, you've got people playing in positions that are not optimal. Our secondary is inconsistent. We can't run the ball or we get away from it too soon. |

Eagles 27 Skins 9
Eh, Eagles 34 Redskins 13 Vick gets 100 yards rushing 210 yards passing. Lesean McCoy gets 74 yards rushing on a limited number of carries. Seriously the Redskins need to get the running game going this week. Anything to keep that No-Accountability Defense off the field (sorry couldn't think of something that was the opposite of a no-name defense). I hate to say it, but Vick is the games best QB right now. He's easily an MVP candidate. |

Man I hope this team has as much fire and guts as we the fans do! Sometimes I just dont get that feeling. |
Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
We don't have a running game and our defense has been giving up 424 yards per game. But suddenly we go into Philly and beat the Eagles? Wishful thinking, I fear.

Eagles 27 Skins 9
If we lose I don't think it will be that bad guys.. Eagles D isn't that good either, Lions went ridiculous on them.. I'd say more like 27-21.. But Let's wait and see what fight this team has.. It's the NFL the season in a Marathon not a Sprint.. |

Turn it around to do what? Make the playoffs? Have home field advantage throughout the playoffs? If the Skins win this week - - they surely can do that but it is hardly a probable event in Philly - - that will NOT project them as a playoff team or as a force majeure in the NFL's Second Season". |
Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
My friends from Filthy are begging me to come up for the game, but I'm not sure I want to rock skins colors at the stadium the way they've played this season.

Re: It's Donovan's F-ing Homecoming Week
Come on bmoreskins that sounds like a bandwagon fan.. You probably would wear it if we were 2-1
