Re: NFL Regular season thread (Week 4)
At least the Rams are beating the Seahawks. Still it's a pretty bad black eye to loose to a team like that when they're in total rebuilding mode.

Re: NFL Regular season thread (Week 4)
Gb is in trouble with Detroit

Yes sir. That 3-4's a pretty darn good defense right der. Reminds me of an SEC defense on a cold morning down in dem mountains. Wait did you say GB was in trouble? Well in that case it reminds me of an SEC defense on a cold morning down in the dem mountains. *Weekly SEC insult post. |

Eh, I would have never heard of Hodge if he wasn't on ESPN. |
Re: NFL Regular season thread (Week 4)
Merrill Hoge was an excellent contributor to the '70's Steelers. They were a muscle team and he was their muscle skill player on offense.
Go Bears! |
Re: NFL Regular season thread (Week 4)
Hoge didn't play in the 70's

Go Bears![/quote] Lol, when the Steelers were winning Super Bowls in the 70's Hodge was around 10 years old. I think you're remembering Franco Harris. Anyway, how many prime time games are they going to show from New Meadowlands stadium? Seriously the first 5 weeks of the season have a prime time game in New York (New Jersey for the more petty among us). Tonight we are all Bears fans. |

I remembered Harris and Hoge in the same backfield. My bad. |
