Per Adam Schefter,

Colts are the favorite for Collins, 100M in space

Little hard to compete with that... But if we made a real, comparable non low ball offer I think we'd have a shot for Collins own personal reasons. But if the boneheads act like themselves and well, do bonehead hit per the norm then we'd have no shot.

Re: Redskins Free Agency Thread

Can we just start free agency? This legal tampering thing is silly. The week of the combine should be the legal period since that's when teams start talking anyway.

Re: Redskins Free Agency Thread

I wouldn't go above $10 or $11M a year for Collins. If someone wants to give him an Eric Berry type of deal so be it.

Re: Redskins Free Agency Thread

The #Redskins are actively shopping several players -- including LBs Zach Brown and Mason Foster -- in trade talks and are strong players for C.J. Mosley, sources say. #Ravens have hoped to retain him, but Mosley has a huge market. Washington would need cap space to do it.

Eric Berry is good...but that contract isn't. Not gonna age well.
