Chase Young is EXACTLY the kind of leader the WFT has needed. That he speaks highly of the QB from my alma mater is great, but that he talks him up on the sidelines, during the game, and people are listening, speaks volumes.

If Haskins had 1/4 of the leadership ability of Young, he would not be looking for a job today.

We opened as 1.5 road underdogs. We’re a better team, but Kyler Lamar and Russ all slaughtered us. We’re facing a very mobile QB here in Hurts, we’re going to need our offense to show up.

Russ wasn't as bad but I agree the offense will have to show up. We need to score 24 to win this one

HAVE to figure out the first half. Scotty needs to bring his A game.

Believe it or not, if this team would have averaged 1 more TD per 1st half this year it would be top 10 in the league overall. Pair that with this D and...

Any updates on Alex? Or we waiting until Sunday to find out?

They probably don't practice until tomorrow, and Wednesday is typically the day we get the first injury report.

WFT 23

I can’t believe you think we have a chance, well I take that back,You always have been and optimist and I have always been a pessimist.
Let’s face it,Smith is a game manager, always has been, dink and dunk city. He will end up starting and he won’t be 100 percent and Rivera will most likely stick with him even if he’s playing like shit.
Philly has new qb with nothing to lose, there’s no way they are going to pack their bags.
Then there’s Dallas, Who have been playing balls out since we beat them.Yes for the first time in years we were able to beat them twice in a season, but they will end up being the winner of division,They will beat the Giants and we will lose,it’s preordained there’s no stopping it.Dallas has always had our number,we’ve gotten lucky a few seasons but for the most part Dallas owns us.
Add to that playing Philly in primetime is sure fire loss,I have zero faith we win this game

This game is all about this team's heart. Rivera knows that, and I think thats why Haskins was gone basically as soon as the doors opened Monday morning. And I think Young, AS, the beer man, and Moses lead this team to the promised land of NFC East div champs.
Dallas don't got no heart.
Pederson said he's back next year so his players ain't playin to save their coach.
Rivera battled cancer
AS clawed by hook and crook back to playing condition,
And the beer man, well he does what he does and Chase Young likes that
That reminds me how much better does I like him from Chase Young sound then You Like That from the qb who shall not be named?

Seriously, this team has all the intangibles on their side. If Philly wants to win they gonna need to put 30 on in the first quarter cause once the clock strikes 2:00 in the second quarter its on, and not just on it's junior rodeo on.

This is all such bullshit. If Smith is able to play, he may be 60% of what he use to be with the leg and calf injury. And 60% of a game manager is a 60% opportunity, if everything goes ok, to have a chance to win this game.

Why not go with a more aggressive approach, with a mobile and healthy QB that can benefit from a great running attack to augment our line strength with short first-down conversions and a few deep shots.

I am so sick of hearing fans talk about playing not to lose. Let's talk about claiming what is ours and putting the personnel on the field to win this damned thing. Put Heinicke under center and let the kid do his thing.

Do you want a hobbled game manager or someone mobile that has shown he can run or pass, with accuracy, to get the job done.

Not necessarily saying you're wrong, but when Alex starts for us, we typically win. Most of us have never seen Heinicke play. Tough to tell fans to go away from Alex if he's good to go, for a guy that was solid for a few minutes when the other team was protecting a lead.

If there is any way Alex can play, he will.
