WOW that car is BAD, very bad. Wish him the best of luck.
No kidding. That looks terrible. I hope the kid makes it ok. I heard his leg is in really bad shape, and they may have to amputate his foot. That's what one of my friend's told me anyway. My prayers are with Chad Jones. |
Re: Chad Jones, NYG Rookie, in critical condition
looks like they had to use the jaws of life to cut the sidebar of the door to get him out. was he alone in the car?
it looks like the garden district since the trolley car is going down the center of the road. this is a pretty confusing lil area to drive with travel lanes on both sides of the trolley cars so cars have to watch for other cars as well as trolleys when you are crossing or turning onto the street. when we got off the trolley, a lady who was getting off too almost got blasted by a car. i mean, she was a couple feet away from me, car missed her by an inch if that. dang that is horrible that he might lose his foot or leg. man that is just terrible. |
Re: Chad Jones, NYG Rookie, in critical condition
So terrible.

Re: Chad Jones, NYG Rookie, in critical condition
OTM I was thinking the same thing, the car looks bad still in the first picture, but much worse in the second, they definitely used it.

God bless him and a quick recovery.
same thing that I was thinking |

God bless him and a quick recovery.
He's an NFL player, so it's always possible he had a speaker installed there. Seriously, that's not likely and it's a very bad situation for him...likely a career ender. Hate to see anyone go through this, even a rival's player. Football is no longer important when it comes to a son/father/fellow human being's life. |

Guilty for laughing my ass off at your first comment granted the situation. Damn, I can't wipe this smile off of my face. That said, the guy is lucky to come out of that utter mess of a car alive. He shouldnt be sad, he should be down right exstatic that his life is not over. Its a plum miracle he isnt dead. |

Re: Chad Jones, NYG Rookie, in critical condition
Thats not a speaker its his head light as they have large round head lights. Glade to hear he is doing OK.
