The @Forbes story on Daniel Snyder hiring Bank of America to handle the sale of the @Commanders comes with a very big qualifier, saying the "transaction could be for the entire NFL team or a minority stake."

Snyder's been defiant about selling through a series of statements.

Think JP is on to something. Owners already said they are not going to extend debt limit (should have done this when minority owners wanted buy out too) for him to build a new stadium so he has to get cash he doesn't have some other way.

There's a lot of money to be made as the minority owner of an NFL franchise. There are plenty of billionaires who could care less about on-field success or off-field issues. As long as their investment grows, it will be worth it.
