Re: WFT Free Agency
Looking ahead: Washington still wants to sign a receiver and two names need to be watched -- Curtis Samuel and Marvin Jones. Washington tried to trade for Samuel last season. Both offer speed. Also, Washington wants to be mindful of Terry McLaurin's next contract when signing another receiver. If it breaks the bank on a receiver now, it could make it harder to retain McLaurin in the future. It also will look at tight ends. Gerald Everett is available; he fits what they desire (vertical threat).
KEIM
What’s that? Everett and one of these two...or both would big an ideal haul to improve playmaking ability on offense. |

Re: WFT Free Agency
Agreed, but as long as we can draft OL starters to give him time to find those weapons. And LB (and CB?) starters to stop the D backsliding. I'd now be looking to what we could get in FA to bolster LB and CB, at least for depth so we can draft 1-2 potential D starters.
What do you do when Mac Jones is there at 19 starring you in the face?!
1. Sell to the highest bidder. 2. Draft. Will need a QB next season. |
Re: WFT Free Agency
If Mac Jones is there at 19 I'd let him slip another 19 spots and then pass over him again
If a supposed top QB makes it out of the top 10 he's probably not a real top QB |

If a supposed top QB makes it out of the top 10 he's probably not a real top QB
I don't follow the draft or college much so this post could be completely factually wrong and fake news. But I first saw Jones in a December game, and thought he might be good at 19. At that time it seemed like that was his positioning on draft boards, and then in short order he started creeping up into the top 10 in front of 1 or 2 other guys (Lance for 1). I think his natural spot is New England at 15ish though. |

Of course there are always exceptions but Mac Jones isn't Rodgers lol |

OK, Draft Najee Harris from Alabama and move Gibson back to WR. :D |

Simply haven’t seen enough. Showed flashes. Maybe durability. |

First full year playing RB, I think he did pretty well and will only get better |

I also think he did well given how much teams focused on our running game and were not at all concerned about our passing game. |
