Is there any possibility the Redskins can win 13 games in 2019?

I came across a video on youtube (link below) and this guy was saying the Redskins ceiling for 2019 is 13 wins...does any of you guys see this happening in any way ? Besides Jay Gruden finally reaching .500 and beyond is extremely long overdue.

I won't waste bandwidth on my wireless to watch that. Is it written by the same people that say sea level with rise 15 feet and put all of NYC under water by the year 2100? Who do they have at QB to have a 13 win ceiling. Do they have Patrick Mahomes traded to the Redskins for a 7th round pick and bringing his receiving core with him who agreed to play for minimum contracts?

P.S. I say the Redskins win between 3-6 games next year.

I found some modeling that had projections of 15 feet with pictures. Those doom and gloom projections are all over the place. Not sure but I think the National Geographic has printed a lot of them with projections of sea level rise to the extreme.

From NAT GEO.

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says we can expect the oceans to rise between 11 and 38 inches (28 to 98 centimeters) by 2100, enough to swamp many of the cities along the U.S. East Coast. More dire estimates, including a complete meltdown of the Greenland ice sheet, place sea level rise to 23 feet (7 meters), enough to submerge London.

There is a mention of up to 23 feet!

Considering ocean levels have risen a foot over the past hundred years, the "doom and gloom" concern is real. They are rising, and will continue to rise until dramatic changes are made. It might not be a bad idea to by some land in places that could some day be beach front property :)

Yes

If the NFL expands preseason to 6 games, and the Redskins play 3 charity games against local middle school teams.

In the regular season alone? No.

How do you know they will continue to rise?
