Washington's FA Thread (Our players only)
I thought Chase Roullier would get more than 4/40 million.
https://www.profootballrumors.com/2021/01/washington-c-chase-roullier-agree-on-extension 1 team FA locked up to very reasonable contract. Nice!! Darby or Scherff next please. |
Re: Washington's FA Thread (Our players only)
Called for it last year, glad we got it done. He would have probably eclipsed that number on the open market.
Also, what about the Ron choosing his first extension is too an unheralded, hardworking guy at a position which is often forgotten about? Rewards the guy who been here since day one, drafted late and thru his hardwork, got better and earned it. Culture |

"
Ben Standig @BenStandig Where newly-extended Chase Roullier rates among other 2020 centers, per @pff : Pass blocking: 5th Run blocking: 7th Overall: 4th Now on the books through 2024 after agreeing to a 4-year, $40.5 million deal ($19 mil gtd). Solid player - and move for Washington" His agent obviously doesn't follow PFF |

Excellent move. Looks like they’ll groom Ismael for guard.

Agreed. We need new blood for the OL from the draft, but scherff’s absolutely worth the high price to keep him here. It will also show other stars that they may be kept for a second round, instead of flying off to better teams after their rookie contracts are over. Scherff’s also a leader on this team.
