Want to Give Daniels A Way to GO!!!!
Phillip D has played his ass off!!! As has all the D lineman! What a great play at the end of this weeks game!!! Many asked why we brought him in a year ago but he is paying off bigtime!!! Keep it up BID D!!! Give a few to Simms this week big Guy!!! :towel:

Re: Want to Give Daniels A Way to GO!!!!
I have to agree... he's definately earned his keep to say the least down the stetch here... Also, I've been extremely impressed with the way Marshall has come in and played at MLB all year long. He deserves some serious props as well...

LaMar Marshall has very quitely become a very good middle linebacker for this team. I still think, however, the Pierce is the more complete of the two. But Marshall is very good in pass coverage. Next year could be a breakout year for him. |
Re: Want to Give Daniels A Way to GO!!!!
Daniels need to keep playing monster football this weekend-- we have to stay in Simms face and put him on the ground early. Keep him out of sync.

Re: Want to Give Daniels A Way to GO!!!!
Daniels has really stepped up as of late, it's no coincidence he's played his best ball since Griffin came back.

Re: Want to Give Daniels A Way to GO!!!!
Speaking of Daniels..... can anyone tell me who off of the Redskins team will be playing this week in Tampa, that did not play the last time. I know S. Taylor is the biggie for me, but is Daniels also one of those guys?

Griffin and Taylor were the major ones. Plus Salavea'a was playing hurt, which he's done most of the year but I think he's a little healthier now. |
Re: Want to Give Daniels A Way to GO!!!!
Yeah I dissed Daniels the first half of the season, along with Greg Blache. Now, I am here to eat those words and give a big Hail! to them both.
Comparing Marshall to Pierce at this point is ridiculous. Check their stats, games played, and contract numbers, and you'll see that we came out WAY on top of that deal. I still like Pierce, but I don't miss him anymore. |
Re: Want to Give Daniels A Way to GO!!!!
Great to see Daniels coming to life. Having a healthy D line that can bring some heat makes all the difference for this team. As for AP vs Lemar, the dropoff to Lemar (if there is one) is worth it given what the gints paid for AP. My guess is that both teams are happy. I know I'm happy--that play by Marshall on Sunday won the game. Absolutely huge.

Re: Want to Give Daniels A Way to GO!!!!
I agree, the guy's been playing great lately. I noticed a few weeks back that he was doing a better job on the run, and lately he's been all over the QB. His pressure from a 3-man front was crucial for Marshall's pick.
