Hey SBF -- you are duplicating it in Tampa Bay's eyes. The picture is taken out of context and most of the advertisements, promotions, etc they want someone to see along with that picture happens to be left out. Not to mention direct link means drain on tampa bay's website. I bet they aren't too fond of that. Either way the wording is subjective.

Saden -- I am familliar with fair use, and to me it's a bit vague. I'll post what the Stanford Library has to say about it: "In its most general sense, a fair use is any copying of copyrighted material done for a limited and "transformative" purpose such as to comment upon, criticize or parody a copyrighted work. So basically you can look at it both ways in the eye of the laws. For all we know he wants the film to parody. Thats okay by fair use, right?
