Allen may not have won any championships, but he was the one who made Washington respectable after decades of being perennial losers. Gibbs at least had something to work with when he took over in the early 80's.

Allen was just crazy I love to watch shows on him and how he would act in locker room and during a game. His mind must of been going a mile a minute and was one of those guy who are aways asking . How about this or how about that all game long.
