TAMPA -- No kid quarterback was going to beat Gregg Williams and the Washington Redskins' defense Saturday, not even the kid of Phil Simms. Some of the time, the Redskins played like the playoff neophytes they are. But the defense, with help from the accurate eyes of the officials, kept the Redskins alive for another week.
