Re: NO RESPECT... All "Experts" picks Sea to win and COVER 9.5!!!
The funniest part is that I came to the Warpath just now to start this exact thread. I am curious, does anyone know ANY "anal-yst" that has picked us, outside of the tri-state area? Im just curious, because I cant find a single one. And then on top of that, the ESPN.com poll had every state except for MD and VA favoring the Seafags. I cannot wait to spank these guys!!:spank:

theisman picked against us too, how's he going against us when he picked us to be in the superbowl?
When the subject of the Redskins hits the surface of Sports Analyst throughout the country all statistics and match-ups go out the window. They have all been wrong for the last six weeks and have lost a lot of money in betting resorting to desperate emotional predictions which proves their ignorance as objective professionals. The Redskins are going to put an ass-whipping on the Seahawks that they will never forget. |
Re: NO RESPECT... All "Experts" pick Seattle to win and cover!
Mark Rypien picked against us too, though he is rooting for us of course.
We will just have to go earn our respect. While my excitement of a Skins win will be the best feeling should we come out winners today, watching so many "experts" (I've lost count) eat crow will be a very close second. |
Re: NO RESPECT... All "Experts" pick Seattle to win and cover!
NOT ALL........Mel Florio at ProFootballTalk.com offers the following:
Redskins at Seahawks: Plenty of sphincters will be puckering in the Pacific Northwest as the Seahawks try not to screw up one of the best seasons in franchise history. Beyond that attractive image, here's why the 'Skins will win. First, the 'Hawks had a very tough time in two home games this year against NFC East teams (Cowboys and Giants) who weren't playing nearly as well as the Redskins are right now. Seattle easily could have (and arguably should have) lost either or both of those games. Second, the 'Skins already have beaten the Seahawks. Sure, it was in Washington. But the Redskins have gotten a lot better since then, especially on defense. For example, a guy named LaVar Arrington was still eating Alpo from a plastic bowl at the time these two teams last played. With strong defense (edge to D.C.), a solid running game (slight edge to Seattle), and quarterback experience in the postseason (edge to D.C.) being the three biggest factors in January, the pendulum swings to the 'Skins, 23-16. |

At least we got one. Were there any others (not counting any "homers")? We should have a list (I'm sure its very short) of who picked us and give them mad props here later. |

This is a little off topic, but Eli just threw another interception. :laughing-

Re: NO RESPECT... All "Experts" pick Seattle to win and cover!
The "experts" airn't always right. Like at the start of the season they thought the Crads would win the NFC West:laughing2gimmie a break!!!!!!!1
But there spot on here, this will be a blowout. We all know you guy shouldn't even be in the playoffs you just had a cupcake set of games to end the season. The only question is does Alexander make it to double figures in TD today? I'd say no I think Hasselbeck will hit Jurevicius and Engram for 3 or 4. |

Maybe you don't realize this, but your team had the weakest schedule in the entire league. Also, I wouldn't call the Cowboys and Giants games "cupcakes." I would call the NFC West the official "Cupcake Division" in the league. |

Well, we began it agaisnt two teams you played FOUR TIMES!!!! Then beat the NFC East Champion NY Giants, a solid Dallas Cowboys team. Very cupcake....almost as cupcake as your entire schedule, but not quite. Thats an interesting screen-name you have. Can you tell me, please, when exactly is the last time the Seahawks beat the Redskins? You're 19 and from Seattle, it was 1998, so you probably werent even old enough to wipe your own ass. Who owns who?? |

If the Seahawks had an easier schedule this year, you guys wouldn't played at all. Don't you have a basement to bail out or something? |
