What is your favorite free software resource?
God, that sounds like a spam title, doesn't it?
Anyhow, a different thread is talking about the best free anti-virus apps, so I thought I would expand it to discuss favorite sites for finding free software. A couple of guidelines:

I am talking only about software that the author intended to be free - NOT cracks/warez/bootlegs/etc.
I am not talking about sites like Download.com and "get-ur-free-software-here.com" I envision this as being a meta-list of discussion forums where other users have listed their favorite software.
For example, here are my two favorites:

Bleeping Computer - Freeware Replacements For Common Commercial Apps
AVS Forum - Free killer apps for your HTPC...
Anyone have a good one? |

sourceforge.net is awesome when it comes to open source software. everytime i need something that i'd normally have to buy, I hit sourceforge first.

http://sourceforge.net - anything and everything open source (graphicss programs, 3d modeling programs, 3d engines, utilities and apps of all kinds).

Re: What is your favorite free software resource?
I agree too. Sourceforge rocks. In addition to that, they host "questionable" apps that allow you to burn/rip DVDs and more.
