[url]www.zillow.com[/url] this site gives a satellite picture and then gives prices pretty close to the actual value of houses. Kind of interesting.

thats amazing. I totally redid my bathroom and kitchen though, so the price for my condo is way off.

I searched Arena Dr Landover MD, and you could zoom in on Fedex. I thought that was pretty cool.

wow, mine is only off by 5-15% and thats only cause i had work done. 100% is crazy wrong though ;)

The estimated value is 15% less than what I paid for it 3 years ago. It's probably 35% less than the sales price of homes similar to mine, minus improvements completed in 2004. It's 43% less than the assessed value of my home, and at least 50% less than the actual sales value of my home.

So, it's off by a factor of 2x for my house, which is 100% (or is that 200%?). It's off by a factor of 1.5x for houses without my improvements.

i drove from my house to fedex field. Then i drove to DC and georgetown. I thought hmmmmm I can go to UMD so i did. Then i moved out to my other colleges and got lost so i typed in their addresses. :D
