was reading up on him, and by reading his profile he seems to be very similar to lavar, smaller but same sort of skills. he should be there in the 2nd round, id like to see us take a chance on a guy like this

ernie simms could be the 2nd or 3rd LB taken, there's no way he'll be there when we pick.

We'd have to be lucky to get D'Qwell. Howard Carpenter or Alston are more likely.

I'm sold on Simms but, I got a feeling with only a few picks we'll trade down to pick up another. So we may have to look a little lower on the LB board and find some sleepers there.

we're looking to win now and trading down doessn't help with that with the projected talent available in the 2nd round.

nfldraftcountdown.com, one of my favorite draft sites, doesnt even have him going in the 2nd round, but in the 3rd round most likely.

nfldraftscout has him as the #2 or #3 OLB, and he's the #3 OLB on draftcouontdown. those star pics are old and outdated now.

with 5-7 LBs possibly going in the first round, i highly doubt he'll be there.

he's #3 on nfldraftcountdown but they have 4 and 5 going above him. meh. would be an intriguing pick if he was there
