I think the new news is that he resigned (quit his job entirely) not that he previously stepped down from his assignment to the Taylor case.

Now he can focus on teenage girls and being a full-time DJ.

I am going to take a wild guess that if this case goes on, it will be after this season, and i am also going to predict that Javon Walker is traded to the Broncos today as well.

All the BS definately works in his favor. He's a lucky dude. If the case is deemed shaky at all by the next prosecutor, it may get dropped.
That sort of thing would never happen with me! I'd already be celebrating my first anniversary inside with someone named T-Bone
