Perloff Predictions (Pretty Funny)
 

CNNSI's Andrew Perloff did a prediction of the NFC East, and he has the Skins in 2nd at 11-5. However, what he wrote is truly hilarious (the underlined part), and I am as guilty of his criticism as anyone!

[B]2. Washington Redskins: [/B]By the end of last season, the Skins were the best team in the division. They handed out whoopings to the Cowboys, Giants and Eagles in the final three weeks of the regular season and gave Seattle a hard time in the divisional playoffs despite being totally worn out. They added another group of high-priced free agents in the offseason and have a ridiculous set of assistant coaches under [B]Joe Gibbs[/B]. The only glaring question mark is 35-year-old quarterback [B]Mark Brunell[/B], but he was good enough last year. [U]It's hard not to pencil Washington in as a playoff team, even though I would love not to just to antagonize the army of paranoid Redskins fans.[/U] Predicted Record: 11-5

Well, at least I have an excuse for my behavior now - it's just the mob mentality of the APRF or "Army of Paranoid Redskins Fans". Sort of like the 12 monkeys.

I'm not down with the paranoid comment though. What should we be paranoid over? I would say RABID Redskins fans.

How are we paranoid if we always think people under-estimate the Skins? I'd say we are passionate and drunk.

I like the part where he said at the end of the season the skins where the best team in their div handing out a whopping to Dallas, Giants and the Eagles.
