Owens talked to reporters on the field at the same time Parcells was holding his gathering on a nearby tennis court. When Owens finished, fans who'd waited him out began cheering, prompting Parcells to pause and look to see what all the commotion was about so long after the team's workout ended. Once they broke into shouts of "T-O! T-O!" Parcells finished the response he was giving.

shit, i would be online getting my plane ticket as soon as i got done talking to him. why wouldnt you go? on ebay there are always a ton of tickets for sale to any dallas home game so they are americas fairest of fans. i actually have a chance to go to the home redskins dallas game. i hope my boy comes thru

Hell yea you should go. I go see the Redskins on the road as much as I can. It's always fun to get out of town. Especially if you can see the Redskins while your there. :food-smil Tickets in Dallas are cheap. So you really can't beat it.

I was just watching Outside the Lines, and they said that most likely T.O. made this decision on his own, without consulting Parcells, because normally Parcells would make such an annoucement. They also said he brought in his "own people" to help him with his injury, that are outside of the Cowboys. I think this is first crucial step of the "T.O. rift" now setting itself in Dallas. T.O. is basically drawing a line, and saying he calls the shots. If he went through the team, I am sure Parcells would not mind sitting T.O. out, but apparently T.O. thinks he is smart.
