I'm sooo friggin tired of these young thugs tearing down the image of the NFL. What's funny is these guys make Sean Taylor look okay.

I RARELY pull the race card, and this is going to sound VERY wewhite3 of me, but if this guy were white, would you call him a thug?

I've just noticed that over the years and just wanted to bring it up today.

I would. If someone like arch was to go around getting arrested every month on pretty bad counts he would be a "thug".

I guess pacman was just making noise outside a bar. Could happen to anyone so i don't think this is a huge deal

Sweet. Glad to know it isn't a race thing. It just seems to me when a white guy gets busted, he's just an asshole, but when a black guy gets busted, he's a "thug".

Interesting point. I think 'thug' is relegated to African-American athletes in general. Honestly, and I'm speaking for myself, I generally never speak of white athletes in those terms. And from what I've read here from other members, white athletes are generally considered, stupid, moron, idiot, a..hole, knucklehead, but rarely thug.
