Brad Johnson is a little b***h
I used to like Brad Johnson, and I was even a little freaked out going into the game last night because I know how well he can run a ball controll offense, but after what I heard on ESPN this morning, I think he's a little bitch.
They reported that after he gave his post game comments he we went back into the locker room and changed into his old Skins jersey and left the stadium wearing it as an "F' you" to the Skins for letting him go. If we had just recently let him go for no reason and this was his first game back in DC I could give him a pass on this, but that's not the case. This is, what, the third time he's played in FedEx since being let go back in 2001? Did he make his little protest back in 2003 when he picked our defense apart when he was with Tampa? Or what about when we beat the Bucs on opening day in 2004? Also, why is he so bitter, did he not go on to win a Super Bowl? If he's still holding a grudge than he can go F' himself. (yes, I'm bitter over last night) |
Re: Brad Johnson is a little b***h
If he DID do that with his old jersey, that's pretty low and I've lost respect for him.
Immature if you ask me, which for one of the oldest players in the NFL is just sad. |
Re: Brad Johnson is a little b***h
If true then he is a little bitch. I imagine Smooty wasn't such a punk.

Re: Brad Johnson is a little b***h
I'm sure it was all in good fun.
Even if it was meant to be spiteful, can you really blame him? He was shafted here for Jeff George of all people. |
Re: Brad Johnson is a little b***h
I'm looking for something in print on this, but I haven't found anything yet. Like I said before, I saw it on Sports Center.

That makes me think it was more out of fun rather than spite. |

you might be right, Matty. But he's still a bitch because he beat our Skins. :( |
Re: Brad Johnson is a little b***h
For fun or spite, it doesn't matter, Snyder did him wrong.
|
Re: Brad Johnson is a little b***h
actually he's a dork :)

Re: Brad Johnson is a little b***h
Matty, I was about to say the same thing. Its a wonder all the people Danny has shipped out of here dont wear their jerseys when come back to Fed X and whip our asses. Norv probably put on the Redskins sideline polo! Brad got the short end of the stick when he was let go. He liked it here and wanted to play here, but Danny went with his fantasy QB and we all saw where that got us.

Re: Brad Johnson is a little b***h
It was in the Post too, but too lazy to go find it...
While he's being arrogant in this situation, it's not like the Skins did anything to stop him. The Vikings are 8-2 in their last 10, and it's largely because of this guy. I can see the bitterness of the situation as well. Snyder is still here, and he's a prime reason for his dismissal. |

Brad Johnson has had winning seasons plus a Super Bowl for 6 different coaches, and was cut by every one of them. He has every right to have a huge chip on his shoulder, and put it back in the face of all those coaches and owners. Payback for getting disrespected motivates a lot of players, i.e. Santana Moss. That pump-fake absolutely froze our D. I'd take Johnson over Brunell any day of the week. He's a good QB and and getting rid of him for Jeff George was one of Danny's first big mistakes. I wish him continued success in Minn, just not against us. |
Re: Brad Johnson is a little b***h
i hate it for our sakes but in regards to how dan synder treated him in that situation .. more power to him... he was and still is a capable QB in this league
and it showed last night...he did well here too but again money got in the way and the danny got stupid.... |
Re: Brad Johnson is a little b***h
Actually the redskins secondary was Brad's bi**h the way he passed all over them.
I can only imagine how good the redskins would be if they would have held on to BJ for their QB. Once again, no continuity. |
