Re: Superbowl!
You need to wait atleast 7 games before making any post-seas predictions. If after 7 games, we're worse than 3-4, then its over.

Re: Superbowl!
Yeah, still waiting for the Skins to flip the "regular season switch".
Remember, this is all "vanilla" stuff. Just wait till they REALLY open up the playbook! |
Re: Superbowl!
its been switched, and then flicked on and off repeatedly

You mean, they've actually flicked it on at some point? |
Re: Superbowl!
Guys, come on.....it's all part of Saunders's master plan. We don't want to tip our hand too early. The preseason and regular season have gone exactly as planned. After all, who are we to question the coaching staff? They clearly have things under control. The terrible pass protection, inept quarterback play, and substandard rushing game are all an illusion.

Wow, you've forgotten 2005 ALREADY?!?!?! |

We were better than 3-4 last year. If I'm not mistaken we were 4-3 at 7 games into the season. |

There's a marked difference from such a short time ago. Offensively, the offensive line had some life, Portis was running strong, and it was only the passing game that needed work. This year, we have none of those three. Then we had the defense we could rely on. You didn't even have to think about it -- the D was ferocious and aggressive and they always put the team in position to win. Again, this year, it's simply not the case. Big differences. |
