The best case scenario for this sort of surgery would be six weeks. We play them in eight weeks.

Frankly, the Bucs should IR him so he can get healthy. They are 0-3, and he's out for the foreseeable future. Why risk his long term health to rush him back for a lost season?

Wow, that sounds pretty bad. I wish him the best, and i do hope he takes his time to get healthy, because i wouldn't want to be facing him and Edell Shepherd in our game against them.

Isn't a Spleen an important organ? It's not like getting your tonsils removed is it?

Anywho, we should beat them with or without Simms.

p.s. They should have gotten Ramsey from us when they could...I don't even know who they have as backup.

Bruce Gradkowski, he looked great in preseason, even for a rookie, and I wouldn't be suprised if he put up decent numbers for a rookie qb.
