J-Lo not only one with a "smoking butt" look at mine!
I put that [8.5lbs pork shoulder] on last night about 6pm at about 250 degrees with hickory water soaked chunks all night. About 12:30 am I wrapped it up in two layers of foil and stoked the coals. Woke up about 4am and added more coals but never lifted the lid.
First picture is opening the bag at about 8:30 am today.
Second is I pinched the meat which fell in shreads.
Third is clean bones and shreaded great tasting pulled pork.
Now wipe the drool off the monitor.
Wow, you woke up at Midnight, 4 am and 8 am?? That's dedication and looks like it paid off
that's a little piece of heaven there SBF!
