Blacksburg is just outside the DC viewing area. You're likely to get some mix of Redskins and Panthers games. Someone like Crisp who's down in Richmond would have a better idea

I spent a lot of time in Blacksburg, and yes they do televise the Skins. I'm pretty sure that town will be just as excited about Gibbs coming back.
