Re: Jason Campbell
I am 99.999999999% certain that, if Brunell gets benched, you will see Todd Collins.
You won't see Campbell this year. |
Re: Jason Campbell
i semi agree. but why are you so certain?
Hey man, apparently that was enough for Gibbs to know Ramsey couldn't get it done.
Hmmmm, does Gibbs make decisions for the Giants as well? Interesting, seems he cannot cut it there as well. Aren't all you Ramsey homers gettin' tired of this..............swill? |

i agree irish....that is what gibbs has said...they got collins just so that if Brunell gets hurt, they have a QB who knows the system to finish the game and JC would start the following week.... |
Re: Jason Campbell
super accurate on deep balls... kinda guns the short stuff :/. look at him in the SEC championship game or whatnot, good stuff. i'd really like to see if he can play in the nfl.
|
Re: Jason Campbell
i just dont know what they are thinking( the skins brain trust) you give up a few draft picks to get JC and you dont play him after two years of watching. that makes as much sense as trading a 3rd round pick for someone just to keep them from a divison opponet. can someone say tj duckett. we need campbell to play and duckett. does anyone else smell that...>? it smells of the 2000 season. all hype and no results.

Re: Jason Campbell
forget jason campbell, we need to go after chad henne, a real qb, campbell showed nothing in preseason. Just stares down receivers and throws innaccurately

I think one thing we can be certain about Campbell is that he's an accurate passer. I don't doubt for one second his physical abilities as a QB. Look at his college career... He throws the ball perfectly. He's one of the most accurate passers out there. What's in question is his ability to make a fast release (looked a little slow) and the right read. Once he gets those two things... which may or may not happend, then he'll be good to go. |
Re: Jason Campbell
I couldn't care less about his release! As long as the ball gets there on time, that's fine with me. Look at Byron Leftwich. His release is slow, but he has a freakin' cannon! As does Campbell! HAIL from MCUSA!
