I like how the U is trying to blame everyone else for their "gangsta" image -- primarily the media. Those suspensions they issued are incredibly weak. it was disgusting to see Shalala (or whatever her name is) trying to defend the decision to only suspend players for a single game -- with only one indefinite suspension. Have some dignity -- it's not always all about football (or the U or the alumni). Sometimes you have to do what is right in LIFE, and forget about what is right for your stupid university, or your stupid football program. :doh:

but miami is their football program ;). at least you know where their priorities are.

i love the U , but if your going to trot a football player to give a speech, basically representing your school, thats the best you can come up with? and if it has to be him, wouldnt you have him alittle more prepared?

You may not agree with what Mike Tyson says but he is articualte if you get past his funny "accent." The U kid is another story.
