Steve Slaton hearts cowboys
 

Being a diehard mountaineer and skins fan I was hoping that one day Steve Slaton would become a redskin, but alas I just learned that he is a cowboys fan. Now I am at a huge crossroads because I live for mountaineer and skins football and love steve slaton but... a cowboys fan? my hopes have been dashed about him ever becoming a 'skin, which brings me to the question if in the future he becomes a cowboy what would I do? Id love to root for him wherever he ends up in the NFL but i dont think I could do that if he where a cowgirl...

Any thoughts from college alums who have seen their athletes go to disliked NFL teams?

I had to watch Stevie Franchise get drafted by Vancouver...does that count?

As a Miami U fan, I was mad when the Broncos drafted Portis before us. :(

I was watching last year's draft between my fingers out of fear that dallas would draft Shawn Merriman. Lucky they didn't and I can live with him being on the Chargers.

I really wanted merriman, too, but oh well...

I'd love to see an LB like that come through this year's draft for us... I don't think there are any out there quite like him, though.... am I wrong??
