Should Archuleta play defense Sunday?
 

We know that Arch is deep deep deep in the G-dub doghouse for some reason but do you think he will get a few defensive snaps this week since we are playing in his old stomping grounds in St. Louis? I hope the Post or Times will do a Arch article this weekend so we know what's really going on with him being locked to the bench.

I was wondering the same thing the other day, but I'm not really sure what will happen. My gut tells me that they won't change their game plan just because it's AA's old team, meaning that he probably won't play anything but special teams.
I'm sure he's not going to be happy with some of the signs that rams fans will bring.

The Rams will know more than anyone how to expose him. He won't get any action on defense.

What a disappointment he is. I guess those "Bruise Brothers" tee shirts won't be sold anymore.

Today's times in the article on Golston said that AA had already declined to do any interviews on returning to St. Louis.
I would like to see him play in a game in which the D plays well, just to see if his game could pick up w/the level of the team. We saw him play sorry when the team played sorry. Vernon Fox looked good against the Saints from what I saw though. it will be interesting to see what they do w/AA & Fox in the offseason, I mean do the coaches really like Fox or is he just the lesser of evils?

I think they just dis-like AA that much.

I wonder what this has done to his physhe? I just can't imagine them keeping him beyond this season. He probably can't wait to get out of here.

Don't even remind me, I bought one. :embarrass What a fool I am. D'oh!

Needless to say, I'm too embarassed to wear it. However, I did get to wear it week 1! Yay!

How can you blame us for his poor performance?
It doesn't matter if we signed him to a huge contract, he needs to perform, he's not...case closed.

I agree with Matty there is no mystery, AA is not a very good player anymore. The entire world knows he is weak in coverage and QB's pick on him because he is the weak link. So coach has taken him out for a better alternative.

No mystery.

AA is gone after this year.

He will sign for a low salary with another team next year.

Arch should have played defense on Sundays in September, October, and November. But he didn't and now we are where we are

I thought it was a bad signing when we got him (I wanted Tank Williams, no better I suppose) but I really underestimated just how bad a signing it was
