Washington Post: "The Washington Redskins placed cornerback Shawn Springs on injured reserve, ending his season with a fractured scapula, and waived depth cornerback Mike Rumph as well, while signing cornerback John Eubanks from the practice squad and signing free agent defensive back Leigh Torrence."
