Too much $$$ even with 2 year contract but it is definitely hot to death. I'm not even sure if you can call it a phone. The only down side is the max 8 gig capacity. I wish it had a hard drive. I wonder if it scratches easily. The nano my sister got looked like it had been through a category 5 hurricane after only 1 month.

The thing I like about the phone the most is that it has wi-fi and full web browser.

p.s. This new phone puts into context why [URL="http://news.com.com/Motorola+CEO+Apple+to+build+a+smart+phone/2100-1041_3-5885651.html"]Apple screwed Motorola[/URL] royally on the phone partnership they had.

Wow, that is a little too technologically advanced for me.
I imagine that will sell like hot cakes though.

Yeah too pricey for now, but it definitely looks like the next big thing from Apple.

Yep. Can't you just hear Verizon, LG, Motorola, and all the other phone-makers scrambling to come up with something just like it this morning?

All the other companies will scramble to come up with something to compete and they'll put it to market as quickly as they can. When that happens, the price on all of them will drop significantly.

Someone's not playing well with others.

Here is something else that Microsoft will copy and make more money off of than Apple. Gotta hand it to Apple that they always lead the charge on technology but they never seem to hold on. Maybe the iPod is the turning point. We'll see in the next few years I guess.

I always hated apple mac computers, but they did do a great job marketing the mp3 player. Maybe in 2 years I can get one of those phones. I just signed up today for a W810i from Sony Ericcsson... the walkman phone with the 2mp digital camera built in... to save money instead of buying an ipod...

With no 3G, the iPhone is next to useless. It's like building a Corvette with a one speed transmission.

Yeah, I think the Ipod has kind of reversed that trend. Plus their computers are selling better than ever. I'm on my third one.
