If he accepts it will be interesting to see how this affects San Diego. Not only how it affects the offense, but also how many assistants he might take with him. I imagine a lot might go knowing that next year is probably Marty's last year anyway. |

I think he was QB coach and sort of assistant offensive coordinator under Norval.
I remember when he left the Skins, whoever was head coach at the time took it as a big loss. |
