In case anyone would like to see the Super Bowl odds as the Free Agency season starts, here's the listings from bodog.com on the morning of the Free Agent Season:


6-1: San Diego.

7-1: Indianapolis.

8-1: Chicago.

10-1: New England.

12-1: Baltimore, Cincinnati, Philadelphia.

15-1: Carolina, Denver, New Orleans, Pittsburgh, Seattle.

18-1: N.Y. Giants.

20-1: Dallas.

25-1: Jacksonville, Kansas City, N.Y. Jets.

35-1: Atlanta, MIAMI, Tennessee.

45-1: Washington.

50-1: Arizona, Buffalo, St. Louis.

60-1: Green Bay, Oakland.

70-1: Minnesota.

80-1: San Francisco, Tampa Bay.

90-1: Detroit, Houston.

There are lots of sucker bets here. Interestingly, the Giants are lower odds than the Cowboys. I'm absolutely confounded by that one.

As am I. To be totally honesty, It might not be a bad idea to drop a twenty spot on the 49ers.

While I don't think they will win it all, out of all the "high odds" teams, that's the one I pick to totally surprise us this year. Would be worth dropping a twenty and cashing in on $1600 if I'm right.

Bears in 2005 100-1
their first round buy in the playoffs had Vegas a little nervous. I like putting a couple bucks on San Fran.
