Skins sign CB Fisher? (unconfirmed)
 

Just heard on comcast sportsnet that the skins have signed cb fisher from the rams for a one year deal.Sorry thats all they said so there are no specifics about the deal and no link.I guess this means the bly deal is sunk.

sorry man ,I just happened to be watching comcast while checking out the warpath.I never get to '' break" any news so when I heard that and saw that no one had posted it, I jumped on it.The truth is that I dont really get to post a lot because by the time I can get on a computer everything has already been said.

Good covergae skills but he can't stay on the field. Hopefully he can make it through a season because I think he's a very good cover guy.

If this is true we are totally overloaded at CB. This seems alittle excesive
Springs, Rogers, Smoot, Fisher, Jimoh??? So pretty much we're going to have two starting caliber CB's sitting on the bench.

He is a good nickelback, but so is Smoot.

We have a good CB situation UNLESS we cut Springs w/o getting Bly. Then we just have Carlos Rogers and two nickelbacks.

Yeah, my thought exactly. How many corners do we need? Usually you go into a season with five at most, right?

Seems like they're doing all the wheelin' and dealin' in the secondary when they should be making moves along the D-line.

I think it easier to draft an impact guy for the line than to give a boat laod of money to a retread. Quality dlinemen don't usually pop up in FA. Decent corners seem abundant this year.

That said we don't need another corner. Unless we trade Springs I'd be much more inclined to take the Houston deal now.

Another team must be drooling over Springs right now. I smell a trade and it might not be with DEN.

It's a one year deal, so he's gonna be a backup.
