This move would not be a big suprise, low money pickup for a DT. But the sourse is PFT.com?

It does however, send you to a Redskin.com link, stating he was at the park thursday and talking to coaches.......????

We already have servicable DTs on the roster who should make the team. This includes Evans and Golston. Are we set with drafting a Okoye or Branch?

Probably a no signing bonus deal for the vet minimum. i.e. if we find someone better he is gone. Good warm training camp body who will have to work to make the team (again).

evans is a DE. he's played a little at DT, but that's really not his spot.

He'll have to earn his spot in camp. The D-line will feature some competition this year. I see Saleva getting cut if its not a cap issue.

Remember last year they cut Nic Clemons & Cedric Killings to make way for Golston & Montgomery, I can see something like that this year if we get some draft pick/undrafted fa's in to compete. There may be one sleeper in the group that makes the cut & knocks off 1 of the vets.

Maybe, if not Boschetti then maybe someone else.
I like Joe S too (as does Gibbs), but he had a tough 06 & is coming off some injuries I believe. I think he'd the first DT to be cut, and EVans at DE, unless they cut Wynn and/or Daniels for cap reasons.
