Portis Jersey in Italy
I'm sure all of you missed me greatly in my short absense from the Warpath, but I was in Italy. Would Porterhouse call me a bitch and try to fight me for going to Italy? Where he's from, I could get punched in the mouth for doing something like that, lol. Anyway, during my travels I encountered an Italian wearing a Portis jersey. I was pretty pumped and went over and gave him a high five and pointed at my Skins cap to try to show him I was a fan. I asked him where he got the Jersey from, but he didnt' speak English. In fact, I think I did nothing but scare the crap outta him because he couldn't understand why a stranger was so happy to see him, lol. But, it was cool because I only saw one NFL jersey the entire time I was over there, and it happened to be Portis. In addition, when I returned to the states, I was quite surprised to see that Arch got traded for only a 6th rounder, I think we shoulda got atleast a third, that's just my opininon though.

Re: Portis Jersey in Italy
I met two Italian guys (they work there 6 months out of the year, bastards!) in Brazil and they were huge NFL fans. I totally didn't expect that from soccer crazed Italians. Unfortunately the became fans when the 49'ers were in their prime so they're 49'er fans. I give them probes though because they knew their shit even when it came to the Skins (Gibbs, Doug Williams, Hogs, etc).
p.s. They show every Phoenix Suns games in Brazil because Leandro Barbosa plays for them. p.p.s. Focaccia from Genova is the shitz'nit. |
Re: Portis Jersey in Italy
what is focaccia?
|
Re: Portis Jersey in Italy
It's a type of bread. I had focaccia from Cinque Terra, which is where it originated, when I was over there, it was tasty.
