Linebacker Facts!
 

1. A linebacker needs to be able to roam free so that he can make a tackle. This ability is provided by the D-Line.

2. Lemar Marshall logged 103 tackles at the Mike spot last season.

3. Ray Lewis logged 103 tackles last season.

4. Ok so Lance Briggs logged 130 (with a D-Line)

5. We know what we have in Marshall and Mcintosh.

So what does all of this have to do with anything? Instead of screwing around and blowing a perfectly good draft pick on another flop trade lets upgrade the damn D-line and let our already solid LB corps do their damn job!

I agree 100%. While defenses can get by, and even excel, without a good D-line, we need to improve up front in a big way.
