Thats a big kid 6'3". If he really ran a 4.28 why didnt anyone else hear of this kid. How do we know he ran a 4.28 40?

He apparently was timed at 4.4 in workouts with Miami and Green Bay. The 4.28 was a hand-timed 40.

He's almost 27 years old, so he has that against him
