My friend was just listening to local radio in the car and they just broke in with the report. Apparently he is in very bad shape and has been air-lifted to a hospital. Damn. This is horrible news. Forget his football career, I am praying for the man's life.

Man I sure hope LaVar is going to be OK. I'm going to prepare myself to stay tuned for further information. He seems to be having a run of bad luck.

Yeah, "serious but stable" was what I just heard. I know he's married with children. Pray for him and his family.

Wow, that really sucks to hear. I hope he pulls though 100%. He is still one of my favorite players.
